It's never too late to be Leonardo...

I simply love it when I bump in all kind of painters while being in Paris! I've met this one in the Louvre museum and I managed to take this picture while he was making a copy of the famous painting of Leonardo DaVinci, "The Virgin and Child with Saint Anne".

This is the Winged Victory of Samothrace, also called the Nike of Samothrace. The sculpure dates from the third century B.C. and it represents the Greek goddess Athena Nike (Athena who brings the Victory). Since 1884, it can be found between the Sully and Denon wings at the Louvre Museum.

Welcome to the Eiffel Tower

So...I was in Paris...looking forward to see again the Eiffel Tower...I wanted to see if the second impresion would strike me as much as the first one...Well...it did it again! I was surprised that it still facinated me as much as the first time! Not many times that this happens! Bravo Gustave Eiffel!!!
